Cheese is delivered of a Wednesday (unless date is stated).

Orders close midnight Monday for delivery that week.

Orders are delivered in a foam box with ice via non-refrigerated courier.

If your order hasn't arrived before 2pm Wednesday you must contact us so we can track your parcel so cheese doesn't spoil.
