SEMI-HARD AGED GOUDA
A dutch style gouda, Red Rouda’s vibrant red colour comes from Annatto, a natural colouring. This semi-hard cheese is delicately caramelised with a sweet nutty bite. It slices beautifully and melts well. Snack on it without a cracker to enjoy the complex flavours.
Shelf life 4-6 months.
